About Emily
Emily used to call Cincinnati, Ohio home until she relocated with her husband and children to beautiful Merritt Island in 2008. Her favorite part about living on the Space Coast is that it has so much to offer while still retaining a small-town feel.
Emily believes in creating the moment, and to her, it is all about connectivity. A detail-oriented problem solver, she easily manages all of the moving parts that go into buying or selling a home. She listens between the lines and takes the time to truly understand the underlying needs and concerns. Her high level of situational awareness helps her form a bond with her clients, and secure a level of trust that is unmatched in the industry. For her, it is about finding the perfect opportunity for her clients.
A former dual-sport collegiate athlete, Emily brings the same level of dedication and energy to her work. She is competent, relatable, detailed, diverse, and open to change. Her colorful personality makes her extremely approachable, but she knows when it is time to be serious and professional.
Emily's ability to take the available information and form a plan and strategy to get to the most desirable outcome. These skills make her a powerful ally in the real estate industry.
Emily works with both buyers and sellers and is ready to help you with your real estate needs. If you would like a detailed list of homes available in your desired area, meeting your specific criteria, give her a call. Or if you are looking to sell your home, she would appreciate the opportunity to show you what she can bring to the selling table.
